Together with its partner Fava S.p.A., Storci took part in the most important event for its sector, the Ipack-Ima 2012 trade fair.
For this sensational event, Storci, already a world leader in the manufacture of dry, fresh and pre-cooked pasta systems and couscous lines, focused on a ready-meals line made up of:
1. Press for the production of short-cut pasta, model 130.1.400 with BeltmixÒ;
2. continuous rotary cooker mod. CR-36.4;
3. continuous rotary cooler mod. RR-36.4;
4. automatic sauce dosing and weighing line for ready meals

The interest shown by visitors was outstanding: the line’s versatility made a great impact .
Michele Storci, managing director of the company says, “We are aware of the importance ready-meals have in this day and age. By focusing on this sector we wish to meet the challenge of modernization and trends in the pasta sector”.
He continues: “We are really pleased with the feedback received during this fair. For this edition we focused mainly on ready-meals, but the robotized tray destacker we also had on display was by no means incidental: this is our latest creation for a market which is extremely important for us. The dry pasta market has always been in the foreground for us and remains an area in which we want to continue offering maximum quality”.
Silvio Valesi – Sales Manager for Storci S.p.A. – commenting on the flow of visitors to the Storci-Fava stand, adds, “We made lots of contacts and had a great deal of requests from customers from all over the world. Our team was kept constantly busy for the entire duration of the event and we received lots of positive feedback. The interest shown for our technology, which never steps outside the concept of reliability and a respect for traditions, was evident.”
